 Campus Needs to be Aware of Commitment  Becoming Carbon Neutral Will Require a Change In the Way We Do Business  Brochures, Student, Faculty/Staff Articles, Campus Presentations, Campus-Wide Memos, etc.  Work With Marketing/Communications

 Hire a Sustainability Coordinator or Appoint a Project Manager  Ensure They Have Time, Resources and High Level Support– This Will Be Time Consuming  Development of the Climate Plan Is Not the End – Implementation, Tracking, Reporting, Modification and GHG Inventories Will Continue

 Individuals Have Willingly Volunteered  Units Not Previously Involved In Environment/Sustainability Are Engaged  New Collaborations – Good Energy  Highest Level of Involvement Is Critical  Steering Workgroup Group Must Focus on Long-term Strategies…Not Just Low Hanging Fruit
