PR0PHECIES AND FULFILMENTS IN HISTORY  B.C Isaiah prophesied on the destiny of Babylon – Issiah 13. Isa 13:v17 Behold, I will stir up the Medes against them, which shall not regard silver; and as for gold, they shall not delight in it. v18 Their bows also shall dash the young men to pieces; and they shall have no pity on the fruit of the womb; their eye shall not spare children. v19 ¶ And Babylon, the glory of kingdoms, the beauty of the Chaldees' excellency, shall be as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah. v20 It shall never be inhabited, neither shall it be dwelt in from generation to generation: neither shall the Arabian pitch tent there; neither shall the shepherds make their fold there.

Fulfillment of Isaiah 13 in Daniel 5 after 173 years of prophecy (B.C. 540) Since then the condition of Old Ancient Babylon had been exactly how Isaiah prophesied as witnessed by Trajan during A.D. 116

By the second advent of Christ Babylon, the ancient capital of today’s Iraq, shall be the centre of all commercial and religious systems of the World

YES, THE DEVELOPMENTS HAVE ALREADY COMMENCED When Saddam became the President of the Revolutionary Party during 1979, his Agenda was to rebuild the old Babylon and also to make Iraq the glory of nations, exactly how his Great Great Grandfather Nebuchadnezzar envisaged.

More recently, former ruler Saddam Hussein sought to leave his mark on the site, building walls and ramparts on top of ancient ruins.

Of course, Saddam could not continue, but the whole global media talks today on the reconstruction of Iraq. Once Iraq would politically stabilize, it would be in her top agenda to reconstruct Babylon as predicted in Revelation Chapter 18.

Revelation Chapter 18:10 Standing afar off for the fear of her torment, saying, Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! for in one hour is thy judgment come. indicates towards an atomic war

Revelation Chapter 18:9 And the kings of the earth, who have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her burning,

Revelation Chapter 18:17&18  For in one hour so great riches is come to nought. And every shipmaster, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off, (Prophetical indications towards a hyper active age visual communication systems such as satellite and internet systems)  And cried when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What city is like unto this great city!
