Introduction What is a virus, bacteria, and diseases? -A virus is an tiny nonliving particle that attacks and then reproduces inside a living cell. -A bacteria is single-celled organism that needs a nucleus. -A disease is an irregular condition of an organism that harm body functions. What is a Pink Eye? - Pink Eye is redness and swelling of the membranes which is part on your middle part of the eyelids. Its very contagious, and its characterized by is the eyelids and eyeballs swelling. Pink eye is the most understandable symptom of conjunctivitis, which has to deal with an swelling of the clear crust covering the white part of the eye and inside coating of the eyelids. Health Advisor/Doctor Do you need antibiotic or another type of medication? – You use antibiotic, because If a doctor suspects that the pinkeye has been caused by a bacterial infection, they used antibiotic eye drops or ointment or a medication called ophthalmic steroids to reduce swelling.
