Interpersonal skills is what people use to communicate information to each other. It is split up in four parts. They are the following: 1. Body Language Body Language 2. Active Engagement Active Engagement 3. Friendliness Friendliness 4. Tone of Voice Tone of Voice

One of the main parts of skills is body language, you need body language to show your passion for the message and that you really mean it. Make eye contact with the audience without turning your back on them. Doing this you will engage the audience to listen more and concentrate.

You also need active engagement so you don’t keep the audience bored. To do this you need give them a little activity like tell them to stand up and sit back down or play a video or tell a joke. You will make them more active rather than being bored. Again this will also engage the audience as well.

Friendliness is needed, because if you be harsh they will be scared or too embarrassed to ask a important question. It will help lots if you tell a joke and make the audience laugh. You can make them happy as well, by smiling at them. These are some of the skills that will make the audience comfortable and welcome.

Tone of voice is very simple. All you need to do is speak very clearly and vary your voice so everyone can hear. Not too loud and too low. Speak in a good tone so it is understandable. You need terminology to use the correct words.
