U.S. children are in the top percent in ability to use tablets and smartphone apps
Is it beneficial?
Yes! It helps to.. Utilize tools that the students are already interested in. Create a group learning environment Get students interested in the material
According to PBS…teachers use technology because…
77% think it increases ability to learn
76% think is reinforces the concept being taught
76% thinks students respond better to a variety of learning styles
