Conclusion-2 2.Humanities took the top place with 320 requests out of 1441 requests, followed by education, then business 3. In the education and humanities fields, the distribution of items between requests showed that the majority of requests is for ARTICLES (H: 369 articles vs. 189 books) (E:263 articles vs. 89 books) 4. British Library is the number one provider
