Survey Development Initiative from NRCS Office of Farmland Protection & Community Planning Developed for pilot community in WI Modified for use here; local oversight from:  Fulton Co. Regional Planning  Natural Resources Task Force

Survey Delivery 1400 Fulton Co. households  Random selection (equal chance for all)  Utility and land ownership lists  Stratified, proportionate sample 40% rural; 60% incorporated areas Wanted 50 rural/twns & for urban Mail delivery: early-Sept to mid-October  Local promotion  Up to 5 mail contacts for late/non- respondents
