Document Library Overview Overview: 1) Click “Load Document to Library” 2) Click “Browse” to select a document and enter the “Document Name” to identify it with the PCMH element 3) Click “Save and Close” 4) Once the document is uploaded, select “Add Link” to the right of the file in the Document Library 5) Indicate the number of reference pages, the relevance level (“Primary”), and select the appropriate PCMH element to link 6) Click “Save and Close” © Qualidigm
