THERE WERE ONCE NO CLOCKS??? Did you know…..

Keeping track of time is easy when you have a clock. Did you know the electric clock wasn’t even invented until 1840? Did you know the electric clock wasn’t even invented until 1840? For thousands of years before that, people used devices such as an hourglass filled with sand or a burning candle to tell time. Let’s Do Some Math!! If it takes one hour for the sand in your hourglass to pass from one side to the next how many minutes have passed? How many seconds?
