Client  Self Employed Computer Repair Specialist – Joe is a self employed computer repair specialist. He is the only employee in his company. He repairs software and hardware problems for people in their homes. His business is operated out of his home and van.

Problem  Joe’s business is doing extremely well, which creates a new set of problems. He has so many clients that it has become a management problem keeping track of: – Who has paid him? – When they he was paid? – What the customer’s reported as the problem.

Question  How can you improve Joe’s accounting and tracking system?
