WEST CONTRA COSTA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT HIBSER YAMAUCHI Architects OVERVIEW  California Children’s Services is a County run program that provides diagnostic and treatment services, medical case management, and physical and occupational therapy services to children under age 21 with CCS-eligible medical conditions.  The CCS program that provides services for the West Contra Costa Unified School District is currently located on the closed Castro Elementary School campus.  The current schedule for the conversion of Castro Elementary into the Portola Middle School campus indicates that construction will begin in the Summer of 2012.
