An-Najah National University Faculty of Engineering Civil Engineering Department Construction Project Management “Medical Center In Al-Daheria” Prepared by: Bara Qadomi Shadi Arar Taher Deeb Supervisor : Eng. Barraq Jumaa
Graduating project consists of two parts : ** The first part includes preparing a theoretical research. ** The second part includes the application of the principle in construction project management.
Project Overview " Medical Center in Al_Daheria " Location: exists in Al-Sadka near Al_Daheria town This project consists of 487 m 2 ground floor with 56 m 2 water well and 523 m 2 first floor.
Object: The main objective of the second part of graduation project will help in understanding the project and calculating quantity of the project and know how we can use management to reach the most economy, safety, minimum duration and good quality of the project. Assumption: The project was divided in several units. The project will performed by a local construction company. The electrical and mechanical work will be given to a subcontractor. Fixed the value of dollars with local coin (1 dollars= 3.6NIS).

Result After determine the quantity, duration and dependency between activities then use primavera project to get this result: * The total duration of the project is (359) day. * The total price of the project is(793593$). The price include: 1- The Engineering Supervision is (31744$) which it is 4% of total price. 2- The profit is 10% of total price ( $).

The Risk Case In 4december 2011 the project is delayed 13 days, the cause of the delayed is stopping of money discharge. Our solution: The external works is begin at 2 April 2012, the cause of the farther start is to facilitate the construction work and material importing. So we can built the external works partially that don’t disrupting construction works. This step will decrease the total duration of the project.
The project at 20 july2011
