The Hidden Danger By Alexandria Green

Teenagers are oblivious to the danger that can affect their very future…

They laugh at it…

They ignore it…

They swear it could never happen to them…

But…

between 16-33% of adolescents and teens will face it.

What is this danger, this threat?…

It’s called obesity

Obesity can happen if you over eat or refuse to exercise.

Obesity can be genetic, meaning if it’s in your family history, you are more vulnerable to it.

Low self-esteem, depression, and emotional imbalances are things well known to inspire over eating… if you’re not careful this can lead to obesity…

The emotional and physical problems of obesity put limitations on your future and take away from the quality of life…

You might not be able to get the job you always dreamed of…

Or even make the team you always raved about…

All because of obesity…

With your help we can change that…

All you have to do is eat healthier foods, exercise daily, and drink a lot of water.

These simple tips give you a greater chance of preventing obesity.
