What is “chameleon”? -any of numerous lizards of the family Chamaeleontidae, characterized by the ability to change the color of their skin, very slow locomotion, and a projectile tongue.

The origin of the Veiled Chameleon Known from the Miocene epoch Came from dry parts of Africa, Middle East, southern Europe, Madagascar Their habitat: desert, semi- desert, savannah, rain-forest Some kinds lives in trees
What does the Veiled Chameleon look like? Veiled Chameleons are sexually dimorphic- are easily distinguishable( because of the heel at the feet) Female Male
A male Veiled Chameleon Larger than the female A prehensile tail A spur at the heel of the feet usually varying shades of green, with 3-5 yellow/orange vertical bands on its back, and sides Can be coloured (blue, green, red, yellow…) large crest on top of its head (also coloured)

Breeding of the Veiled Chameleon „The Veiled or Yemen Chameleon is one the more hardy chameleons and is a great starter Chameleon, however it still requires specialist care and is by no means a reptile for beginners.“
START to breed! I would like to present some stuff you need if you want to start breeding your own chameleon
All you need is… A good ventilated terrarium Incandescent bulb A thermostat A fine sand as a substrate Suitable flower- poisonless!!! (Scindapsus) To mist the terrarium lightly (humidity should be %) A calcium and vitamin powder
Food for the Chameleon Food you can offer to your pet: Crickets, locusts, mealworms, flies, moths Food suitable for gut loading: lettuce, apples, oranges, bananas Each third day calcium and vitamin powder
