1st Unit in the year Topic selection: Behaving badly without intention. Apologizing and complaining as main language microfunctions.

Mean activity: Kids have to identify colours, taking part in a hoops`s game. Having own initiative, without imitating the rest of the kids. We put the colours hoops in the floor. Children have to jump in or out when the teacher order the action of a colour.

Main activity: With senses, kids will discover the fruits that Skippy have in her bag. Kids will identify colours, forms and flavors. We put the fruit in Skippy`s pouch and children have to recognize the fruit by senses.

Green chameleon, green chameleon. Where are you? Here I am, here I am. I can’t see you! Blue chameleon, blue chameleon. Where are you? Here I am, here I am. I can’t see you! Yellow chameleon, yellow chameleon. Where are you? Here I am, here I am. I can’t see you! Red chameleon, red chameleon. Where are you? Here I am, here I am. I can’t see you! I hide some chameleons of different colors for the class. The kids have to find them while we sing the song 'Green Chameleon’. Main activity: To learn to have empathy.

The kids will paint the chameleons in blue, red, green and yellow. Then the teacher tell kids: - Touch the green chameleon - Touch the red chameleon… Main activity: Don’t import the color, everybody are important.

Stage 5 : The Story” Chamaleon´s colours “. We read the story to the children. For this reason we work the apologize, the colours and the animals. This is a narrative text with a ciclycal story. We use paralanguage,illustrators, emblents and affect displayers. “One day, Skippy, Monkey, Giraffe and Elephant are in the jungle. They are hungry!Chameleon is green. Chameleon is still hungry… Oh, apples. Red apples.Yummy,yummy!Look, Chameleon is red! Here comes Skippy. Ouch ! Hey,Skippy! Please don´t step on me ! Oh sorry. Chameleon is still hungry. Oh bananas.Yellow bananas.Yummy,yummy! Look, Chameleon is yellow ! Here comes Monkey. Ouch ! Hey,Monkey ! Please, don´t step on me! Oh sorry. Poor Chameleon. He is sad. Everybody steps on me. They can´t see me. Skippy,Monkey,Giraffe and Elephant have a great idea. Let´s paint Chameleon. Let´s paint him red, yellow, green and blue! A colour chameleon ! We can see you now! Chameleon is very happy, Hurray !
