Introduction  Computer Science has become the language of today, it’s the prevalent language in all areas and used in all sciences. Therefore we cannot be dispensed with, their use has exceeded all expected, and it had taken control of all aspects of life.  Before we think about the construction and design of any automated system or any database there is a systematic approach to initiate a study of this system. First, Study of this system as a preliminary study and then analyze it to determine the requirements and functions required, and then we begin to design the database for this system and this is called design phase, after testing this new system the software will be delivered. Sometimes the software needs periodical maintenance or when the organization request, to add new functions and correct the errors of the testing phase, which sometimes produce errors after delivery.

About organization  University of Palestine is a Palestinian university, founded in 2003 with bless from the formal President Yasser Arafat "Abu Ammar", In order to serve the Palestinian people in all sectors, on the basis of academic and high technical methods. And the University has a fully academic, financial, administrative independency.  The university carries a great message which is the promotion of modern, high-levels of university education to students by the creation of a learning environment supported by modern electronic technologies and integrated high-quality academic curriculum.

Problem definition  University of Palestine as one of the new Palestinian universities, where students are over 2000 student. Students are spread across six faculties which include different department.  The university depends on a manual system in all of Administrative processes, for example: Admission and Registration Officer welcome the new students and complete their registration & get receipts for the registry manually and so that for all Administrative processes.

Problems of current system  Very slow in the extraction of papers and documents and forms required by the students.  The small number of staff compared with the large number of college work, leading to slowdowns and delays in the completion of procedures required  Use of the manual system has led to slow progress in the educational process where the overcrowding of students at the beginning of the registry to complete the registration procedures & Very slow registration procedures, thus disruption of starting university studies.  The failure of colleges in the administrative system integration and consolidation of work and coordination between divisions each other

The proposed system  Provides a new automated system that reduces the time and help to complete the work as soon as possible and with great accuracy and the lowest potential. Through this system, we can do the following operations 1 Registration materials to students using computer 2 Automatically extract the result of the student and the calculation of the quarterly rate and GPA 3 Extraction of good reporting and accurate in short time and quickly

The proposed system  Report such as: The list of students. The list of academics. A list of materials that are taught within each College. List of colleges sections.
