“The Right Choice” Concept: Searching online shopping sites and realizing Balou is the best/right choice. Music: Something that marries technology (e- commerce) and the worldly aspects of Balou. For example, the instrumental of an Avicii song (both techno and folk elements) No voiceover All graphics, no actors

Open with a computer screen in focus (computer sitting on desk, but desk is barely in shot) Out of focus in the background are clothes laying on the floor as if someone was going through his or her closet and couldn’t find something to wear Internet browser is open on a search engine Shot closes in on search bar and see text “Online shopping site” being typed in

Shot zooms out from screen to show computer and clothes in the background again Results of the search engine appear, there are dozens of options as the page scrolls to show how many choices shoppers have The mouse moves to click on a random link

The Internet browser opens to the random shopping site that was clicked The mouse moves to click on a (gender neutral) shirt featured on the homepage The shirt’s details fill the computer screen, and the mouse highlights the price as being $100 to show that the site is too expensive Mouse moves to click the back button

Return to search results Click on another random link

Internet browser opens to a new shopping site Mouse moves to click on a (gender neutral) shirt, but it comes up with an error message Mouse clicks back to homepage Shot closes in slightly as the mouse clicks on a “Contact Us” link Shot widens, and another error message appears Mouse moves to click the back button again

Internet browser returns to search results The shot closes in as the mouse scrolls Mouse hovers over a link, but highlights a sub- article underneath that has a headline saying “Sweatshop Scandal” Mouse keeps scrolling theBalou.com link comes up, and shot closes in further so it is the center of the screen with only portions of the other options framing it Mouse clicks on Balou

Internet browser now on theBalou.com Music starts to crescendo Mouse clicks on “Shop” in menu A variety of Balou’s products come up on screen as the mouse scrolls Mouse clicks on a (gender neutral) shirt

Details of the shirt are on the screen Mouse highlights the price as only $30, showing Balou has affordable prices An instant message window pops up in the corner of the computer screen with sound effect with a message that reads, “Welcome to Balou! We have representatives waiting to help.” This demonstrates Balou’s great service The mouse scrolls to show the artisan’s bio with a picture of the artisan making the shirt shown, letting the shopper know the products are made ethically Shot closes in as the mouse clicks “Buy” (with clicking sound effect)

Computer screen and background disappears to show a white screen Mouse appears, and clicks (with sound effect) to reveal text one sentence at a time: “Great products. Great prices. Great service. Great people.” Mouse click again, the text disappears and Balou’s logo appears on screen with the slogan “Feel Good Shopping” and URL
