polar Definition: North Pole, snow, ice Sentence: Did you know that in polar regions you can see a lot of snow and ice.

express Definition: takes you somewhere, quickly Sentence: When I buy less than ten items at Wal Mart, I can use the express lane.

rustle Definition: movement with soft fluttering sounds. Sentence: I could hear the leaves rustle in the wind.

conductor Definition: person who takes your ticket on a train Sentence: I had to give the conductor my ticket to ride on the train.

nougat Definition: a white candy center Sentence: I love candy that has nougat wrapped in chocolate.

barren Definition: open space, hardly anything lives there Sentence: There are almost no plants in the barren desert.
