4 Key PPFP messages: Antenatal  Start to breastfeed right after the baby is born  Breastfeed only for the first 6 months  Discuss possibility of next pregnancy  Counseling and get permission from the woman for postpartum methods right after giving birth (postpartum IUD and tubal ligation)  Skilled person should be with the mother during the birth
