3 1. Looking Up Order Information Order Search Open Order Management Three tabs are available: Order Search, Orders and Shipping

Looking Up Order Information Look up orders using: - Your order reference - Tech Data reference - Delivery note number - Serial number - Tech Data product number - Vendor product number Select here whether you want to look up open orders or partially delivered orders and what order type (InTouch, XML, EDI)

5 1. Looking Up Order Information Select orders with status: - Deleted - Modified (price, quantity, delivery date) - Delivery date expired - Blocked

6 2. Order Overview This is your order overview including : your order reference, Tech Data order reference, number of lines, order type, status, details. Click on the tab Order, Order Headers to receive a general overview or select Order Lines for a detailed overview of the orders on line level

Order Overview Select Order Lines to receive a detailed overview of your orders This is the order line overview including : your order reference, Tech Data order reference, line number, article references, description, quantity ordered, quantity delivered, status, order value. You can also export this overview to Excel, make a printout or consult the order flow (view/track). The plus sign indicates that delivery of this article will be spread out over several days

8 3. Shipped Orders Use Shipping headers to look up orders by delivery note number Trace Proof of Deliveries at the carrier website Print or save results Click on the tab Shipping to trace your orders

9 3. Shipped Orders Select Shipping Lines for a detailed overview of shipping information per product. Shipping Lines include delivery note number, delivery dates, order reference, order line, product reference, description, delivered quantity and invoice number

10 3. Shipped Orders Trace serial numbers using Serial Number Tracking
