Catalysing Africa's Infrastructure Development 2010 total commitment increases by 40% to $55bn.  ICA members 40% up to $28.2bn.  Private sector nearly back to 2008 level, after 2009 decrease  China commitments almost doubled to an estimated $9 bn.  Arab Funds and African Regional Dev.
