These are EGR records send to the NSA and the NSA does not know what to do with these? For example: a legal unit which they do not recognise but are not 100% sure if it should be removed. These records will stay in the EGR but will keer either BvD or DnB as source of information.

(3) 1.Reason for providing all these relationships where possible problems are is to prevent structures being broken. 2.NSA’s will have the possibility in the relationship phase to keep the other legal units participating in the ‘problem’ relationship in the existing MNE or to break the structure.
