FOG TYPES ACID FOG---fog that forms in a very polluted atmosphere can turn acidic and imposes great thereat to human RADIATION FOG---this is fog that is produced when the air cools this type forms best on clear and calm nights Also you have a shallow moist layer that forms near the surface and above that you have a dry layer. DRY AIR MOIST AIR SURFACE ADVECTION FOG---this fog forms when you cool surface air to its saturation point. Example bring in warm Moist air and move it over a very cool surface(heat is now transferred from the air to the surface) COLD OCEAN WARM MOIST AIR SURFACE A BC ABC BY VIEWING THE TEMP VS DEWPOINT FIND THE FOG
