Gather The Lord be with you And also with you

Receive Jesus saw the crowds and went up a hill, where he sat down. His disciples gathered around him, and he began to teach them: "Happy are those who know they are spiritually poor; the Kingdom of heaven belongs to them! "Happy are those who mourn; God will comfort them! "Happy are those who are humble; they will receive what God has promised! "Happy are those whose greatest desire is to do what God requires; God will satisfy them fully! "Happy are those who are merciful to others; God will be merciful to them! "Happy are the pure in heart; they will see God! "Happy are those who work for peace; God will call them his children! "Happy are those who are persecuted because they do what God requires; the Kingdom of heaven belongs to them! "Happy are you when people insult you and persecute you and tell all kinds of evil lies against you because you are my followers. Be happy and glad, for a great reward is kept for you in heaven. This is how the prophets who lived before you were persecuted. Matthew 5: 1-12

Engage Beatitudes—reaching the next level—computer games Jesus wants to take his followers to a higher level of discipleship - he literally goes to higher ground to introduce a radical new way to live—a way that turns the world upside down… the poor are more blessed than the rich in Jesus’ teaching Think of some computer games which have different levels to complete with the aim to finish the highest level… ask for some examples… Imagine a Christian living computer game—what would be the first level, second level etc. How would you rate yourselves—where appropriate feedback which level do you feel you are at in living a Christian life?

Respond Our Father, in heaven, hallowed be your name; your kingdom come; your will be done; on earth as in heaven. Give us today our daily bread, forgive us our sins, as we forgive those who sin against us. Lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil. For the kingdom, the power and the glory, are yours, now and forever. Amen

Go Your will be done. Your kingdom come. Amen. Remember the Fair Trade Rice challenge.
