Kick-Off Meeting in Geneva: Budget and FinancesSlide Reports and deliverables Required reports for each reporting period: 1.Periodic activity report 2.Periodic management report including Justification of the resources deployed, linking them to activities implemented Financial statement Summary financial report consolidating the claimed costs of all the contractors in an aggregate form 3.Report on the distribution between contractors during that period

Kick-Off Meeting in Geneva: Budget and FinancesSlide Deadlines for the reports All reports and deliverables shall be submitted within 45 days following the end of the respective periods identified in the contract Reporting At the start of the project (within 2 months) Initial outline report After each reporting period (every 12 months) Periodic management report, periodic activity report, an updated outline report, etc. At Mid Term (between 24 th – 30 th months) Mid-Term Review Report at least 1 month before MTR-meeting At the end of the project (within 2 months after the end) A final management report, a final outline report
