Because… … the healthcare system within which you operate is being redesigned. … you should be part of this redesign and help determine what the new system will look like to make sure it meets your needs and those of your core constituencies. … ACHs may direct considerable healthcare resources (Medicaid Global Waiver) … this is our best chance to collectively improve the health of our communities. 10
