The Navigator Mentoring Workshop Clarifying Roles: Preceptor, Navigator, and Novice

Objectives  Describe the roles of the Preceptor, Navigator, and Novice.  Identify the qualities of an effective Navigator.  State the benefits of the Navigator Mentoring Program for both Navigators and Novices.

Phases of Mentoring Relationships: Ideas and Pitfalls
