Please help us…

Severn Cullis-Suzuki; the girl who silenced the world for 6 minutes:  “Two days ago here in Brazil, we were shocked when we spent some time with some children living on the streets. And this is what one child told us: "I wish I was rich and if I were, I would give all the street children food, clothes, medicine, shelter and love and affection." If a child on the street who has nothing, is willing to share, why are we who have everything still so greedy?”

Children have the right to clean water… TToday, 1,000 kids or more will die from drinking unclean water. 22 billion people live without clean water. 33.41 million people die from water, sanitation and hygiene-related causes IIt is estimated that nearly 10% of the global disease problem could be reduced through improved water supply, sanitation, hygiene, and water resource management. Each year. UUnsafe water kills 200 PEOPLE AN HOUR.

Children with disabilities have the right to be able to lead full lives…

Children have the right to be loved…

But if they aren't… its just sad.  Today, more than 60 million children and infants have been abandoned by their families and live on their own or in orphanages.  Give them a chance.

Children have the right to be protected from child abuse…

Does any child deserve this? I don’t think so. PPlease help children in need by visiting the websites suggested, or participating in events like Shave for a Cure, doing the 40 hour famine, or fundraising for children in Africa! TThey need support!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
