Discount – sliding scale up to 32.5% max. 3. Annual Service Fees – 25% i. Software maintenance ii. KnowledgeBase Services Annual service fees based on discounted price

Consortium Model III: Shared server, 1 shared SFX instance (Recommended only if 90%+ resources shared) One shared SFX menu format Limited differentiation of services between institutions

License considerations – model III : Price calculations: 1.One-time license fee – determined by combined size (FTE) of participating institutions; 2.Annual Service Fees - 25% i.Software maintenance ii.KnowledgeBase Services One-time license fees and total annual service fees acknowledge shared server environment.
