Type of Economy  Market system.Therefore, people get paid depending on how hard they work. Hence, Mizunia develops pretty faster than other countries.

Elements of other economic system  Traditional: There are many families that inherit business from their elders. The rate of inheriting business is increasing everywhere. However, it is not mandatory.  Command: They might not get paid equally like in Command system. However, wealthy pay higher taxes than the poor which makes it fair for both of them.
