OBJECTIVES Meet requirements of NPDES Phase II Permit Reorganize and adopt more comprehensive provisions for the surface water management program Adopt regulations that are specific & unique to Burien Propose rules and regulations that consistent in scope and matter to the SWM programs of other jurisdictions
