Traffic signs (dopravní značky)
Traffic signs Traffic signs or road signs are signs erected at the side of roads to provide information to road users. Traffic signs control the flow of traffic, warn you of hazards ahead, guide you to your destination, and inform you of roadway services.
There are six basic types of traffic signs

Prohibitory traffic signs - Zákazové dopravní značky Are used to prohibit certain types of manoeuvres or some types of traffic. No entry (in both directions) No overtaking

White lane lines - Vodorovné dopravní značky Separate lanes of traffic moving in the same direction. Single white lines may also mark the right edge of the pavement.
