Downtown Vacaville PDA Downtown PDA boundaries: Monte Vista Avenue to Interstate 80; and West Street to Depot Street Significant existing Downtown PDA elements include: ◦ Downtown Transit Plaza ◦ Jobs and Services - Professional office, Retail, Industrial / Service, Restaurant ◦ Single family and medium density housing ◦ Pedestrian friendly facilities ◦ Multitude of entertainment options

Downtown Vacaville PDA Future vision of the Downtown PDA includes: ◦ Mixed use (live~work) & affordable high density housing in the Opportunity Hill and Depot Street areas ◦ Enhancement of existing pedestrian facilities with the extension of the Creekwalk trail from McClellen St. to east of Depot Street ◦ Centralized downtown parking ◦ Major utility infrastructure improvements to serve development of Opportunity Hill
