Facilities 3x50m, 8 lane pools

Why A Warm Weather Training Camp To train consistently at higher levels than is achievable in UK on a home program via: Better environment Superior facilities (short trips to and from training) Greater challenge Greater achievable workloads Step up in performance. Opportunity to train and recover without distractions Increased focus (both coach and athlete) Team bonding Athletes often return more motivated.

Daily Programme 6:45am arrive for morning session and do a land warm up. 7-9am morning pool session 9:30am Breakfast 10:15am Daily Team meeting (in dining hall usually) 11am/12pm a land training session. This is usually one of the classes provided at the venue... an added advantage of going to Club la Santa. 1pm Lunch 1:30pm swimmers relax and rest (own time). some swimmers last year did a stretch and relax class or we included some team games i.e. volleyball 3-5pm Evening swim session 6:30pm Dinner swimmers own time until 9/9:30pm
