Baseline patient cohort. Among LRR, in-breast recurrence was the most common site. Surgery was universally offered for recurrence.

Significant predictors of LRR. Triple negative subtype was the most adverse predictor of DFS following LRR. Size of initial tumor and use of salvage surgery were also associated with DFS.
