AAA Survey Program AAA of western and central New York has selected PRG to administer the AAR ongoing quality control surveys as well as the initial onboarding survey process. They’ve been in business since 1990 and working with Approved Auto Repair staff at the Automobile Club of Southern California since PRG has a proven track record of providing repair facilities with insight to customer retention.

How many surveys have to be performed for the facility to remain in our program? The Club will be requiring 40 completed per year. Early testing proved shop capture is critical to achieve a high return rate. Participating facilities will be offered the use of this program. REMEMBER – PRG is free to the facilities and a large value addition to the AAR program benefits. What if the facilities are already surveying their customer base?

What Value does AAA and PRG Provide to my Facility  Web reporting tool allows users to compare their trend to a Club average.  Facilities can compare their question category performance to Club average  Facilities can see employee customer satisfaction rankings and trends  Facilities can compare their performance to all other locations in their group without compromising privacy.  Facilities can see CSI performance by year, make and model of vehicle.  Facilities can see CSI performance by type of repair.  Facilities can see a graphical representation of survey goal vs. surveys completed for MTD, QTD and YTD.  Facilities can drill into all levels of survey information, from total number of surveys down to the answer to 1 question.
