F.C. Announcements The BSSD CoderDojo is a coding club for area young people aged 4– 17. Our dojo is led by district and community volunteers with a passion for computer programming and computer technology. The CoderDojo movement emphasizes self-motivated learning through project work, peer-to-peer mentoring and the creation of innovative projects. Come play with us! F.C. Announcements Students interested in taking the PSAT test should bring $20 to the counseling office by Monday, October 6th to sign up. The PSAT is a national test that is given once a year in October. During your junior year the PSAT test score could qualify you for a national merit scholarship. Freshman aren’t eligible for the scholarship but the test is good practice for later when it does count. The test will be given on October 15 th, see Mr. Schur if you need more information.

Ne experience is required to participate in REFLECTIONS! Choose the arts category you’re interested in, create an original piece of artwork based on the theme: “The world would be a better place if…” and be recognized as an artist in your community. Pick up a PTA Reflections Entry Form today from the front office and return by Wednesday, November 5, Students are not limited; you may submit an entry in more than one category or submit multiple entries in the same.

BSSHS Announcements South will host Lee’s Summit North in our homecoming game on Friday October 10 th. Homecoming dance will be on the 11 th. The theme for the dance is “There’s No Place Like Homecoming”. Spirit day information will be available soon.
