 An article in a newspaper or other periodical presenting the opinion of the publisher, editor, and editors.  The editorial in the brochure gave us very useful information on our tour.

 A delay due to uncertainty of mind or fear.  The hesitation made me feel very nervous about the choice I was about to make.
