Glossary The glossary tells you the meaning of the word. Example: The internet - a place you can play games on.

Bold Words If you see a bold word you will know it is important. It is darker than all the other words. Example: I like to eat pie.

Labels A label is one word under a picture. It tells you about the picture. Example: Tigers

Headings A heading tells what the chapter is about. Example: Eating Pie

Table of Contents A table of contents tells you the page numbers the headings are on. Example: How to Make Pie – page 1 Different Kinds of Pie – page 8
