RECAP DMMT Club’s goals are: To help members build connections; networking To help members make friends with people you can learn from/collaborate with. To offer members opportunities: internships, jobs, portfolio building projects. Work and learn together with people that have the same interests as you.

RECAP HOW DO YOU BECOME A ‘RECOGNIZED’ MEMBER? INVOLVEMENT: Member requirement is to attend 50% of all meetings, and 50% of all official club events. Make sure to sign in with Nate Jones (Club Secretary) for every meeting/event so we can have you on our records. CHECK YOUR !! All members need to be registered in the list, this is the way the club mainly communicates. Anyone can participate, but eventually there will come a time where certain benefits only go to members. Also, if ever asked if you were/are truly a member of the DMMT Club and we DON’T have you on our club member list, we will have to deny the statement. Only members get spontaneous awards and benefits.

UPDATES DMMT Club is open to the non-multimedia students. Anyone who is interested in offering and/or gaining digital media knowledge is welcome to join and participate. End of the semester recognition prizes go to… Ana, Rei, and Melissa! Thank you for your work this semester! We appreciate you.

SEMESTER FEATURED WORK: WINTER 2014 To the left of Lab 224, there is a bulletin board that will be used to showcase a student work per semester. It will be printed out in glossy, big paper And when the time period ends, you get to keep your print out! How can you apply for Winter 2014? 3D SUB-GROUP A goal is to create studios within the club that will create projects together. The 3D studio has taken form. If you want to take part in creating games with us and have something to offer, go ahead and let us know! WORKSHOPS Who is seriously interested in FREE workshops? Anime Cell Shading Animation Principles Motion Graphics in AfterEffects Low Poly modeling and texture unwrapping Workshops will be announced a minimum of 3 weeks prior through and the bulletin board. You must register and let me know if you are going to attend the workshop 1 week before the workshop planned day.

FIELD TRIP Field trip to tour the offices/studio of digital media companies. Everyone is HIGHLY recommended to go!! Sign your name if you are considering going, and make sure to stay updated for the final day and time of this trip. (Through the list and bulletin board/flyers)
