Burt The Beagle In School July 14th, 2008

Burt the Beagle woke up one day thinking of school. He didn ’ t like school because it was boring. He didn ’ t want to go. He wanted to run away from school!! I I hate school!! I want to be a…!!

I Super Hero!

He decided to tell his best friend Duke. Duke was a Cool Dude that was a super hero with the women.

I am a wolf with the Ladies!!

Duke I have a plan.... I hate school and I want to quit and be a super Hero... I’m going to be Burt the Super Beagle!! What quit school! Man you can’t quit school. School is important.

Well, then tell her that. Go after what you want. You can’t quit school Burt. The ladies like a smart dog. Look at me. They just drool over me! But I hate it Duke. It’s boring. All we do is read and write. Ms. Bunny Roo talks all the time. I want to learn myself. I want to touch, feel, and chew. Ya know, like an experiment. Wouldn’t that be great...maybe make something...I can be really creative!!

So, Burt the Beagle went to work. He went to the library. He read and researched. He looked up material on the internet. He found out about Project Learning. It was just what he was looking for. He made a project to show how project learning worked. With all his research and his project, Burt the Beagle went to school to see Ms. Bunny Roo.
