External Customers Rosemary Elementary School students & faculty Rosemary faculty focus group: “Library promotional materials in Spanish would be very useful.” Student population is 76% Hispanic.
External Customers Smart Start ESL parents Increase awareness of free library services. 67 ESL students & their families have signed up for a card.
Internal Customers Santa Clara County Library Supports 2 goals in the new strategic plan: (1)The development of library instruction programs (2)Enhancing the ability of patrons to utilize the library’s resources
Internal Customers Facilitate outreach efforts, school visits & library tours Reference staff Campbell Library has no Spanish-speaking staff.
