Institutional Property Awareness Equipment Compliance Committee. – Create one. – Set formal meeting dates – Set agenda to meet AM needs.

Equipment Compliance Committee Committee structure. – CFO or CEO as sponsor. – Appoint members from all critical areas. Academic, Patient Care, Research, Operations, and, most of all, IT.

Departmental Rewards Develop criteria for reward. The reward – Pizza parties rock. – Ice cream treats are cool. Include members from Equipment Compliance Committee in the party.
