Background As part of the larger WorkLion project, which is the Human Capital Management/Payroll implementation of Workday and Cornerstone, OHR and ITS are partnering to implement a new Learning Management System (LMS) for faculty and staff professional development. Our instance of Cornerstone OnDemand for Penn State will be called Learning Resource Network.
Learning Resource Network (LRN) One system that supports trainer-led sessions, eLearning, and training resources. Benefits: Provides an official record of professional development activities Integrates with Skillsoft Business Skills content and lynda.com content Offers professional development to faculty and staff in a more seamless manner

Learning Resource Network – UAT User Acceptance Testing (UAT) conducted in early July 2015 Overall, users were happy with functionality and features Users found the system to be user- friendly Users were able to navigate the system with very little instruction
