INSPECTION REPORT AND DECISIONS Report on the inspection: Name of the instalation and location Date, duration of the inspection Description of inspection performed and all relevant findings (technical data, samples) Non-compliance detected In case of non-compliance In case of non-compliance, inspector delivers a Decision, document that comprises remediation measures, timeframe and deadline for complaint If operator does not comply with stipulations from a Decision, inspector can institute a lawsuit at the appeal court
