Receiving Funding for Organization ALL organizations president + treasurer must attend finance training for before organization can spend any approved funds Send information to SGA treasurer –

Slide 2 – Background/Event Details  Background of the event  Who are you partnering with?  Is this an annual event? If so, what did you do in the past?  Show your itinerary/plan

Slide 3 – Itemized Budget  Provide a basic budget that shows why you requesting the amount of money that you are requesting (keep in mind that you may receive no more than $3000 per group)

Slide 4 - Advertisement To be sponsored by SGA, you must advertise your event to all professional schools. List how/where you will advertise  SGA flyer  MSG listserv and website  TelegRam  MMEC Televisions  Contact presidents of each individual professional school to inform the student body
