International Copyright: MLQ P/L, Melbourne, All rights reserved. Logging in 2.Login to eTOS On log into Facilitator Login, using your unique eTOS Facilitator username and password. This will take you to your List Of Projects.

All project s will go to the address detailed. 4.Click Add Project to set up a new project. Hint: In My Details, you have the option to change your username and password to something that you can recall more easily.

Add New project 5.Select Questionnaire type – Self, Team, ODQ or Stand Alone. 6.Add Project Name (Please do not use punctuation marks.) 7.Choose Organisation or team name for ODQ or Team projects only. 8.Enter number of participants. 9.For ODQs, select number of Organisation divisions, (this will be elaborated upon at Item #17). 10.Enter Due Date. 11.Choose format of Report delivery ( v hard copy) 12.Select country. 13.Select the relevant Market Segment. 14.Tick Additional custom questionnaire box ONLY if you intend to do so. (Adding the additional questionnaire is a separate exercise.) 15.Click Add Project Details at bottom of page.

To do so, click the Extra Test Button at the end of the row. If you do not have an Extra Questionnaire, go to Step 34.

Specifying extra questionnaire (cont’d) 19.Enter a Test Name (this will appear at the top of the Extension Questionnaire. 20.Specify the number of Scaled Sections. 21.Specify the number of Open-ended Text Questions (This is optional with a minimum zero.) 22.Enter Test Instructions. 23.Click Save Changes.

If the questions require a Never/Sometimes/Often/Always response, then the Scale should be Specify the number of Rater questions for each Section, then click Save. Note: Please do not alter any text in the Non- editable Content as this will negatively affect the technical workings of the project. Click Save, at bottom. Hint: You can do this for each of the Notification and Reminder s for Raters.

Remember that the maximum number of Leaders will be determined by the number of Participants that you specified back in Step 8.

It also provides Options for: To edit the Participant, Delete Participant, or Send the Participant a Reminder.
