To ensure all submitted documentation is organized and uploaded in a consistent manner, LEAs are required to include the appropriate coversheet with the uploaded documentation for each compliance item. Community Eligibility Provision Update: In March 2015, the U.S. Department of Education revised the Community Eligibility Provision and Selected Requirements under Title I, Part A guidance. This guidance replaced the guidance that was published in January 2014, and provides the USED’s interpretation of various statutory provisions. Third Option under the new guidance For the fiscal year, we will continue to use the two options listed under Florida’s State guidance that was issued by Commissioner Stewart on March 28, 2014.
