Functions & Affects Must have a pre-manufacture notification for “new chemical Substances” All chemicals must be tested by manufacturers, importers, and processors Importing/Exporting of chemicals must comply with certification requirements All imports/exports must be recorded Any chemicals posing a risk must be presented as a risk on the packaging
