Dialogical learning methods and knowledge creation Participation is a big challenge in different kinds of learning communities. Dialogical participation is not typical in learning and knowledge creation situations. Dialogical learning and knowledge creation is a competence. Participants are able to acquire that competence by means of the developed dialogical method cards. Coaching for the dialogical learning and knowledge creation is needed.
